- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Environmental Planning team, ensuring projects, deliverables, and priorities remain organized and on track.
- Prepare, format, review, and maintain proposals, technical reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, travel arrangements, and expense reporting to support seamless day-to-day operations.
- Support project administration activities, including document control, project setup, data entry, reporting, and records management.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate across teams and business units to provide administrative support where needed and enhance project delivery.
- Build a strong understanding of business operations to provide proactive, value-added support to project teams.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment while pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a professional services, consulting, engineering, environmental, or similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
- Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise software systems is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software applications quickly.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
