The Opportunity

Lead with Purpose in Mining Innovation

Take a leadership role where your expertise in mechanical engineering drives real impact across Canada’s industrial and mining sectors. Based in Trois‑Rivières, you will lead a team of professionals delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects—from concept to closure—while shaping both technical excellence and team performance.

Your Impact

• Lead and promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across projects and teams
• Manage team resources, including financial planning and workforce leadership, to ensure operational excellence
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and mentor, guiding team members and strengthening capabilities
• Oversee technical quality and ensure deliverables meet the highest industry standards
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary mining and industrial projects across Canada
• Support project managers by defining scope, schedules, milestones, and quality objectives
• Drive business growth through client engagement and participation in business development activities
• Coordinate tendering processes, evaluate contractor bids, and ensure alignment with organizational standards
• Act as project manager on key mining mandates, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial or mining engineering
• Licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Proven experience in leadership or team management (asset)
• Background in consulting engineering environments (asset)
• Experience contributing to business development initiatives (asset)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and decision‑making abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fully bilingual (French/English) is an asset

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800

MB & ON: $111,000 – $147,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
