Job Description: The Specialist supports strategy development and deployment across the SHA and system wide process improvement. They will provide a lead role in the organization and facilitation of key events and processes. The position is required to work collaboratively with leaders, physicians, and staff within the Health Authority and must lead through influence rather than line authority. Reporting to a Director in Acute Care (Regina), the Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the overall coordination, evaluation and performance of Acute Care Urban Strategic Projects. The specialist will demonstrate knowledge and experience with change management and project management. This role must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. This Specialist role is required to develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience
- 3-5 years' recognized experience in a complex health care environment
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
