Job Description:

To assess and plan patient’s programs and provide treatment as required.

To educate patients/members re: prevention of injury and disease management.

To document all patient assessments, treatments, progress and discharge notes.

To maintain and develop co-operative liaison with physicians and other members of the health team.

Education
-
B. Sc. or M.P.T. in Physiotherapy.
Licenses
-
S.C.P.T. registration required.
-
C.P.A. membership recommended.
Other Education and Training
-
Experience in manual therapy and outpatient services preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities
-
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and applications.

Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of CHSA.

A valid Criminal Record Check is required.
