Driving the Candidate Experience & Operations

• Champion our tech tools by steering the software that hosts job openings and candidate profiles, unlocking data-driven insights that help us deliver stellar service from recruitment to settlement.
• Lead the way with healthcare employers to ensure we are matching incredible talent with the right vacancies to keep our healthcare system thriving.
• Roll out the red carpet for candidates by proactively looking out for their experience, highlighting amazing incentives, providing licensing resources, and opening doors to exciting career paths.
• Spark engagement and visibility by leading dynamic outreach initiatives across LinkedIn, virtual sessions, and vibrant in-person events to showcase everything Saskatchewan has to offer.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or commerce/business administration

Competencies

• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Computer Skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Three to five years of experience working with diverse and external clients, ideally in human resource recruitment

• Knowledge of physician and health professional licensure or immigration would be considered an asset

• Demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
