Job Description: The Rehabilitation; Functional Rehabilitation Program Associate is responsible for performing key functions within the Rehabilitation Services, Continuing Care portfolio including - Works closely with Managers and Directors in the program areas. - Provides administrative support to the program areas. - Coordinates and mentors the administrative staff. - Responsible for overseeing all billing functions within the department. - Lead liaison role with third party funders (adult and FRP) and College of Medicine (adult). - Provides oversight, coordination and course correction for outpatient clinic operations.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience

  • Experience with MCIB and 3rd party billing system
  • Experience in management/administration/supervision
  • Two (2) years experience in health care

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Business Administration diploma (DBA)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
