Job Description: This Psychologist will work under the direction of the Coordinator of the Young Offender program. The incumbent will provide assessment, treatment and consultation services to young offenders who engage in aggressive/violent behaviours. The Psychologist will seek to develop innovative responses to the young offender's needs and issues. The incumbent will work in conjunction with other young offender staff and agencies to develop evident based interagency services for identified youth and their families. Additional responsibilities may include participation in program development and evaluation, student supervision and working in collaboration with staff on the young offender program from other departments within Saskatoon Health Region. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology

Licenses

  • Registered Psychologist (RPsych)
