Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing strategic support for a wide range of regional and facility related functions pertaining to the Primary Health portfolio. The Administrative Assistant will establish, maintain, improve and manage current and new processes and systems to simultaneously support the Primary Health Care Manager and Home Care, Chronic Disease Management staff. This may include policy and procedure development, budget development and financial management, process leadership to ensure accurate and consistent recruitment and retention strategies, orientation and training, application of collective bargaining agreements, application of Occupational Health and Safety directives, and implementation of any regional workforce initiatives.

- Several years' experience in an administraive role

Education
- Administrative Assistant diploma
- Management certificate
- Management degree/diploma
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Administrative Assistant certificate
