THE ROLEAre you passionate about leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experience? As the Senior Manager, Client and Advisory Services, you will play a key leadership role in strengthening client and advisor support across SISIP Financial. You will lead a virtual team of licensed and unlicensed professionals, enhance operational and regulatory practices, and advance strategic initiatives that support consistent, high-quality service across branches nationwide. This is your opportunity to combine financial services expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to make a meaningful difference for members of the Canadian Armed Forces community.
In this role, you will:
✓ Lead and develop a high-performing virtual team, promoting employee engagement, professional growth, accountability, and consistent service delivery
✓ Strengthen the client and advisor experience by establishing service standards, improving support processes, and leading client outreach and engagement activities
✓ Champion operational excellence and business transformation, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
✓ Provide oversight in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry requirements and internal policies
✓ Collaborate and partner with senior leaders, advisors, internal partners to advance business priorities

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
