THE ROLE
The Visitor Experience Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and information regarding memberships, programs, services, and facility operations. This role is responsible for processing memberships and payments, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring the facility remains safe, welcoming, and operational. The incumbent also assists with facility bookings, event support, basic troubleshooting of equipment and software, and responds appropriately to safety and emergency situations while contributing to a positive visitor experience.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field
Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
Experience
Experience in cash handling, records management, preparing reports, monitoring facility usage
Knowledge of cash handling principles and procedures, loss prevention, point of sales systems, general office administration and clerical procedures
Competencies

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSEnglish Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
