- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
- Provide customer service
- Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
- Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence Insurance experience
- Commercial insurance
- Automobile insurance
- House insurance Personal suitability
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent written communication Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months Support for newcomers and refugees
- Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
