- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Examine accounting records
- Provide financial, business and tax advice
- Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue
- Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds
- Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
- Variance analysis
