Overview
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Assist in demolishing buildings
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Weld or braze components
- Prepare floors for installations
- Prepare and install hardwood floors
- Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
- Install door, window and other hardware
- Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools Equipment and machinery experience
- Circular saws
- Nail guns
- Drills
- Hand tools Surface preparation experience
- Drywall taping/patching Transportation/travel information
- Willing to travel
