As a Dietary Aide, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a clean and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and setting tables
• Carrying and replacing linen
• Cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
• Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Placing dishes in storage areas
• Keeping records of the quantities of food used
