About the Role

As the Supervisor of School Bus Drivers, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of 3-4 drivers, ensuring that our students are transported safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of school bus drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage on-call work as needed.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in an independently owned business is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Class 2/2F/C Licence (for buses with more than 24 passengers).
  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (for ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Availability

  • Willingness to work shifts or be on-call as required.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours bi-weekly. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the safety and satisfaction of our students.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $700.00 to $900.00 biweekly, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
