About the Role

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing difficulties with their computer systems. Your role will involve:

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Education

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.

Experience

  • 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a help desk setting is preferred.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Exchange.
