• Checking products and packaging for defects to ensure they meet company standards, and performing corrective machine adjustments as needed.
• Disjointing and removing meat from lobsters or other crustaceans in preparation for canning or further processing.
• Recording production information accurately.
• Setting up and operating machines to can, bag, box, or package fish and seafood products.
• Weighing fish or shellfish, recording weight, and packing fish in ice.
• Cleaning machines and your immediate work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
