Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for improving business processes? Advanth Business Consulting Inc is seeking a dedicated Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, while also advising on policies and overseeing the development of communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Advise on policies and oversee development of communication strategies
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
  • Prepare contracts and other necessary documentation
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Compile, verify, record, and process applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more in relevant fields
  • Languages: English (Mandarin is an asset)
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
