About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in assessing children's development and creating tailored learning plans that support their growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess children's development to prepare personalized learning plans.
  • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and excursions to local points of interest.
  • Maintain records and assist early childhood educators or supervisors.

  • Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.

Qualifications

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a related field
