About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. As a Parts Lister, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and our customers receive the best service possible. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Perform general office duties to support daily operations.

  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received.
  • Maintain records in our inventory control system.
  • Prepare and track work orders effectively.

  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Sell spare and replacement parts to customers.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Estimate costs and materials for various projects.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field.

  • Experience with pallet lifters.
  • Background in fleet management.
  • Specialization in heavy equipment and truck-trailer repair.

Work Conditions
