Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage the flow of information within the team.
  • Direct and control daily operations while evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials efficiently.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to enhance productivity.

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in various computer and technology applications, including:
    • Google Docs
    • MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Database and accounting software (QuickBooks, Simply Accounting)
    • Adobe Acrobat Reader and Google Drive
  • Familiarity with legal and business terminology, particularly in the immigration sector.
  • Must be bondable and able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Own transportation is required.
