This is a permanent position that offers a flexible work schedule ranging from 30 to 50 hours per week. As a Precast Concrete Moulder, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality concrete products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Constructing clay models and moulds for casting concrete products
• Recording manufacturing information such as quantity, size, and type of goods produced
• Setting up, adjusting, and operating single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications
• Building and repairing wooden frames used to mould concrete products
• Conducting quality control checks on finished products
• Moving products using forklifts, cranes, or hydraulic hoists
• Performing ongoing machine adjustments
• Positioning reinforcing rods or wire mesh in moulds
• Filling moulds with concrete and operating vibrating tables to settle it
• Tamping concrete using electric vibrators
• Removing castings from moulds and finishing surfaces using screeds or trowels
