  • Processing group arrivals and departures
  • Taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
  • Providing information on hotel facilities and services
  • Maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Performing clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Assisting clients/guests with special needs
  • Contacting customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
