Are you passionate about logistics and supply chain management? Drive4Delivery LTD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering 30 hours of work per week, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
  • Organize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee and plan the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Track and complete work orders while monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate work records and logs.
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.
  • Manage traffic flow of supplies and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and keep track of shipments.
  • Utilize knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and highway trucking rules.
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
