Key Responsibilities

• Prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
• Weigh meats accurately for customer purchases
• Cut poultry into parts for retail
• Price meat products appropriately
• Sell meats directly to customers with a friendly approach
• Prepare attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
• Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
• Create labels and attach them to goods
• Organize and maintain inventory for efficient operations
