Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and review new administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
