Key Responsibilities

• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods
• Obtain special permits and documents for international cargo transport
• Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
• Perform brake adjustments and conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
• Tarp and ensure the safety and security of cargo
• Transport and handle dangerous goods

Transportation/Travel Experience

• Long-haul experience is required
