As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. You will oversee the housekeeping operations for our hotel, which features 50 to 100 rooms, and manage a team of 5-10 housekeeping staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
• Conducting inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
• Supervising staff and scheduling their duties
• Maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
• Coordinating in-house laundry services
• Responding to guest complaints and compiling inventory reports
• Ensuring compliance with local health and sanitation regulations

Requirements
