About the Role

As an AME specializing in structures, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our aircraft. Your expertise will be essential in inspecting, repairing, and overhauling various aircraft systems. You will work closely with technical drawings, manuals, and established procedures to maintain the highest standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and established procedures.
  • Inspect structural and mechanical systems of aircraft to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company standards.
  • Repair and overhaul aircraft systems to meet safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot aircraft structural systems effectively.
  • Dismantle and reassemble airframes, aircraft engines, or other systems for repair and cleaning.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and written technical instructions.

Qualifications

  • Hours: 120 to 160 hours per month
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in aircraft maintenance

  • Experience with aircraft structures, including general, sheet metal, and composite structures.
