About the Job

As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, and managing kitchen operations. Your expertise in Cantonese cuisine will help us deliver authentic and delightful dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Requirements
