Key Responsibilities

  • Provide access to computer networks and report on system performance.
  • Respond to user inquiries and difficulties with computer systems.
  • Consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions.
  • Offer advice and training to users based on identified challenges.

  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software.
  • Supervise a small team of technical support workers.

  • Proficient in Android, iOS, MAC, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking software, hardware, and security.

  • Experience with Zendesk, .NET, and various enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of ITIL and web-server operations.
