As a Carpentry Repairman/Woman, you will play a crucial role in various settings, including renovation, commercial, industrial, service, repair, and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
• Repair or replace defective machinery parts and install machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
• Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials.
