Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with clients living in group homes and half-way houses.
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and feeding.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, planning therapeutic diets and menus.
- Implement behavior management programs and resolve conflict situations.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Administer medications and provide bedside care.
- Assist clients in water activities, such as swimming.
- Support clients in regular exercise and recreational activities.
