Your Role

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our towing services. Your responsibilities will include:

Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Supervision: Ability to oversee 5-10 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with dispatch management service software, word processing software, electronic mail, the internet, and MS Windows.
  • Service Experience: Experience in tow truck operations and trucking.
  • Security and Safety: Must pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, manage repetitive tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 40 to 44 hours per week. The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00, negotiable based on experience.
