In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing accurate estimates for labor and material costs, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates of labor and/or material costs
• Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
• Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
• Advise on tendering procedures
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
