As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects by preparing accurate estimates of labor and material costs, analyzing tenders, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates of labor and/or material costs
• Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
• Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
• Utilize quantity take-off procedures
• Advise on tendering procedures
• Analyze tenders and recommend awards
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
