In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations while providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to enhance productivity.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with precision.
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Education

Experience
