Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate office performance and processes.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Qualifications

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge in: Accounting and business/management, human resources management, and personnel administration.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Windows).
