This permanent position offers a full-time schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Maintain work records and logs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to optimize efficiency.
  • Organize warehouse and work areas for maximum productivity.
  • Perform general office duties to support daily operations.
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other potential issues.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses accurately.
