Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods efficiently.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Oversee the condition of the vehicle and conduct inspections on tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are in top condition.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to keep our fleet running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with central dispatch, relaying important information.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption accurately.
