Key Responsibilities
As a Tow Truck Driver, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Addressing customers' complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Driving lighter, special purpose trucks and operating straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Loading and unloading goods efficiently.
- Performing emergency roadside repairs as needed.
- Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Performing preventive maintenance on vehicles.
- Receiving and relaying information to central dispatch.
- Recording cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Handling payments for goods and services.
Requirements
