About the Role

Are you passionate about organizing events and making a difference in your community? The Saskatchewan First Nations Water Association Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in planning and executing conferences, meetings, and special events for 200-400 participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote conference and meeting services or special events.
  • Solicit event donors and arrange for sponsorships from public and private organizations.
  • Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits.
  • Manage required documentation and oversee pre- and post-distribution of materials (itineraries, evaluations, etc.).
  • Perform general clerical duties to support event planning.

Requirements
