About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 34.5 hours per week. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team and ensuring efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

  • Performing clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems

What We’re Looking For
