• Selecting the appropriate type of insulation for various applications
• Measuring and cutting insulating materials to precise dimensions using hand and power tools
• Applying and securing insulation through various methods such as spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping
• Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
• Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
• Brushing waterproofing cement or other materials over insulating materials
• Fabricating and applying removable insulation pads and covers
• Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment

Work Environment

Our work sites can be challenging, and you should be prepared to work in:

Education

Experience

• No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training!
