As a Shift Supervisor you lead your shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and lead team members with open communication and understanding. You ensure our Team Members work together throughout the shift to provide excellent guest service, maintain Tim Hortons standards and complete assigned tasks so that the restaurant is ready for the next shift.
Your 1-3 years of quick service experience, preferably in a supervisory role, combined with your practical knowledge of positioning and floor control makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be available to work day and evening shifts
