Position: Office Manager

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

Job Type: Seasonal (End Date: August 31, 2026)

Salary: $16.60 - $21.50/hour

Location: Hybrid model (with on-site presence in the Quebec City office)

Language Requirement: Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first line of defense for customer satisfaction and service delivery, your hands-on approach will ensure our branch runs like a well-oiled machine. Expect your days to be varied and fast-paced, with responsibilities including:

Team & Field Leadership:

• Manage general technician communication, handle sick calls, and support field tasks in real time
• Monitor the appointment scheduler to ensure smooth customer flow and optimal route efficiency.
• Support offices across the Canada with overflow

Customer Experience Champion:

• Monitor and enthusiastically respond to Google reviews (celebrating 5-stars and personally contacting 1-star reviewers to make things right).
• Provide top-notch customer support and gracefully resolve any escalations.

Administrative & Financial Operations:

• Manage PestPac tasks, handle customer payments, and complete bank deposits.
• Keep the office tidy, process mail, and manage necessary paperwork.
• Create and maintain branch-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep us improving.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma and/or relevant industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience managing administration within a high-volume service environment
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and prioritization skills
• Exceptional organizational and workload management abilities
• Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Access to a personal cell phone and laptop
