- Strong organization, follow-up, prioritization, and recordkeeping skills.
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders by email, phone, and shared business systems.

- Experience working in robotics, electronics, manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, defence, industrial technology, or another technical environment.
- Experience supporting supplier-performance, purchasing-data, or procurement-process improvements.
- Familiarity with Canadian import and customs documentation.
What Will Make You Successful
- You follow a purchase from initial request through delivery rather than assuming that issuing the purchase order completes the work.
- You notice missing information, quantity differences, pricing issues, and unclear delivery commitments before they become larger problems.
- You communicate clearly and consistently with suppliers and internal teams.
- You are comfortable following up repeatedly when an item, response, or commitment remains outstanding.
- You keep records accurate and current so other people can understand the status of an order without reconstructing the history.
- You can balance urgent requests with the purchasing controls and documentation needed for reliable operations.
- You look for practical ways to make purchasing work more organized, visible, and scalable.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to support a growing Canadian robotics and defence-technology company.
- Direct exposure to advanced robotics, autonomous systems, electronic components, technical hardware, and cross-border supply chains.
- Broad involvement across purchasing, suppliers, customs, inventory, sales-order support, and operational improvement.
