Demolition Foreman Downright Demolition Edmonton & Area | Onsite Full-TimeDownright Demolition is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead our crews and keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment. You'll be on-site running the crew, setting the pace, and making sure the job gets done right — safely, on time, and to spec.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and directing a demolition crew on-site — walls, floors, structures, strip-outs
  • Planning daily work sequencing and assigning tasks to keep the job on schedule
  • Operating and overseeing use of equipment such as scissor lifts, Hiltis, ride-on floor machines, and hand tools
  • Enforcing site safety protocols and ensuring crew compliance at all times
  • Coordinating with the Site Supervisor on scope, schedule, and any site issues
  • Training, coaching, and holding crew members accountable to Downright's standards
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, and reporting issues or needs
  • Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

  • Reliable, disciplined, and accountable for your crew's work
  • Comfortable being the point person on-site when the Site Supervisor isn't around

Experience & Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demolition experience, including prior lead hand or foreman experience
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a crew on-site
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Access to your own reliable vehicle (must be able to get to job sites across Edmonton & area)
  • Ownership steel-toed 6-inch boots

Certifications (Current, or willing to obtain quickly)
  • Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) is required
  • Fall Protection is required
  • Aerial Work Platform is an asset
  • First Aid is an asset
