Service Manager

Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a driven individual to fill the role of Service Manager to join their (Enter Location) team. The Service Manager will be responsible for leading the service of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service. They will supervise all areas of the service department including the scheduling and performance of maintenance, repair, and PDI jobs.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a culture that values world-class customer service to all customers through effective training, supervision, coaching and performance management
• Lead and support service team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee warranty administration and ensure policy compliance
• Manage service scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Work closely with technicians and expeditors to optimize workflow
• Handle customer payments, service concerns, and daily reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in service processes and tools
• Assist with the implementation of all company subscribed technology as it relates to the Service department
• Plan and Lead service team members to meet performance goals.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in automotive or powersports service/sales
• Strong mechanical understanding and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities
• Experience using Google Workspace and Monday.com is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
