WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:· 3+ years of progressive experience in a technical support role.· A technology related degree or diploma and/or industry certifications.· Strong problem solving and investigative skills.· Quantitative and analytical skills, and an aptitude for strategic thinking.· Ability to prioritize tasks as well as work independently.· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstation troubleshooting and deployment.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office troubleshooting and support.· Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Azure, etc).· Understanding of Microsoft Server technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc).· Understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, wireless, VPN).· Understanding of mobile device management and support (Apple, Android).· Professional written and verbal communication.· Great interpersonal skills.· Experience supporting multiple company environments would be an asset.· Drive, motivation and an aptitude for learning.· A good sense of humour!

A DAY IN THE LIFEYou'll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks from our kitchen. Reporting to our Director, Information Technology, you'll spend your day providing technical support to the Intracorp team and related companies – including a family office, a resort development group and a renewable energy team. You're the primary contact for all technical support requests, and so you're involved in many aspects of our operations.
You will:· Manage and support workstations and other office technologies.· Provide technical support for business applications (Adobe, Microsoft Office, and others).· Escalate support issues to internal resources or external vendors.· Support team members in remote offices· Maintain documentation on support processes.· Maintain inventory of equipment and systems.· Assist in onboarding and offboarding process for staff.· Assist in setup of remote locations.· Build strong relationships with team members across the organization.· Assist in other special projects as required.
